Fallen soldier’s son ‘100 percent’ like his father

On Saturday, I spent a few hours with the family of fallen soldier Justin Garcia as they celebrated his son’s first birthday. Relatives said Vincent Justin Garcia, or, little Vinny, as the family calls him, has many of his father’s mannerisms. I shot some photos and video at the party so you can check it out for yourself.
