Amazing how Darden's penchant for deragotory speak is rendered to silence when Federal Investigators raided Village Hall and seized records from the Section 8 office. Town Hall called asking to borrow their shredder. Even when Delhomme made that anti-Jew speech several years ago, Brown defended him and claimed his words were misconstrued. Of coures, there's no mention of Delhomme's fights with Thompson when he was mayor or Delhomme not living in the village and threatening other people, like several police officers and residents who disagreed with him. Darden aint no saint - far from it. But to heap all the blame on him for this mess is off the mark. And using Brown as a character witness, well, has holes..
