This is our tax money. We don't need politicians lording over us and picking which village, which hospital, which town will get these funds. Besides, politicians like Thomas P. Morahan use these "member items," this PORK if you will to secure their jobs in Albany. It's a flagrant misuse of taxpayer money and it should be abolished.
