While I try to take notes, I sometimes miss something, especially when you are asked to talk for one hour on a topice taking much more time to present fully. If you have any outline or other material on Patient Advocacy, I would appreciate it if you would share it. We are required to attend lectures and write up a trainig session on what we learned, with a test, for our members' monthly review training. I would use your information to be certain of my accuracy.
