Gromack got to town hall and rushed to customize it for himself by spending taxpayer dollars to redecorate and recarpet and refurnish his offices. He made them bigger by taking over other town hall space to accommodate all the extra staff given to the supervisor while the busyest offices in town hall remain understaffed. Then he had the old tile and fixtures in his personal bathroom ripped out. He had the bathroom walls moved, yes moved, to make the bathroom bigger and more luxurious.
