Seven Lakes Drive on snowy days

The Palisades Interstate Park Commission has reduced its wintertime maintenance of Seven Lakes Drive as a way to save money in this belt-tightening time.

 

Have drivers been inconvenienced at any time? Can anyone gauge the amount of traffic on weekdays? And where does this traffic originate? Is most coming from Route 17, or from the Route 6 traffic circle at the PIP?
