This process does a couple of despicable things. It limits the choices the voters have on election day, and gives long term political hangers on the two top lines on the ballot. It also prevents the Party faithful from nominating their own candidate. TERM LIMITS!! That is what is needed to make this silly Wilson -Pakula law obsolete.
